The Merchant Properties Unit Trust is a Jersey based property investment fund launched by Colliers Capital in December 2006. The fund is focused on investing in trade counter properties through out the UK.
Colliers Capital were instrumental in the formation of the ING Healthcare Fund and continue to act as the asset manager for the fund, which is focused on the Healthcare sector within the UK.
